These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of One Stop Safety, a safety and compliance management platform provided by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("One Stop Safety," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.
One Stop Safety provides a platform for managing incidents, training, inspections, equipment, vehicles, documents, and related safety compliance information. Features and availability may be updated or changed over time.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and for controlling which employees or users within your organization have access.
Paid plans are billed per employee, monthly or annually, as described on our Pricing page. Annual plans are prepaid and non-refundable. We may offer free access under our BOGO (Buy One, Get One) and GC-referral programs, subject to the qualifying conditions described on the Pricing page, which may change from time to time.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) upload information you do not have the right to share; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to another organization's data; (d) reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the platform; or (e) interfere with the Service's operation or security.
You and your organization retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service (employee records, incident reports, documents, and similar information). You grant us the right to host, store, and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.
One Stop Safety and its underlying software, design, and branding are owned by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME]. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or platform code beyond what's needed to use the Service as intended.
The Service relies on third-party providers, including our database platform (Caspio) and hosting provider (Vercel), to operate. Your use of the Service is also subject to the extent those providers' own terms apply to the underlying infrastructure.
One Stop Safety is a tool to help you organize, track, and manage safety information — it does not replace your organization's professional safety judgment, applicable OSHA or other regulatory obligations, or the advice of qualified safety and legal professionals. You remain responsible for your organization's compliance with applicable workplace safety laws and regulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the [12 months] preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time, subject to the billing terms on our Pricing page (including the non-refundable nature of annual plans). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be directed to [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [ADDRESS], [LEGAL CONTACT EMAIL].
