Plans are billed per active employee per month. Your rate is set by which headcount band you fall into — Starter (0–20), Growth (21–50), Advanced (51–100), or Professional (101–200). Annual billing is prepaid and saves you money versus monthly.
Yes — Starter has a 10-employee minimum. If your team is smaller than 10, you're still billed for 10 employees ($120/month on monthly billing, $100/month on annual). Above 10 employees, you're billed for your actual headcount at $12/employee (or $10/employee on annual), up to the 20-employee Starter ceiling.

Yes. Each site is billed independently based on its own headcount, so a 15-person site and an 80-person site can sit on different tiers at the same time.
No — both programs require annual billing. Your first site (BOGO) or your own subscription (GC-for-free) needs to be on an annual plan to qualify. Monthly subscribers can switch to annual anytime to unlock either program.
The free second site is billed at its own headcount band, same as any site, but that cost is waived for 12 months as part of the promotion. Both sites must be on annual billing.
Yes. The GC-for-free program applies when your referred contractor subscribes to the same plan tier you're on, also billed annually — Starter refers Starter, Professional refers Professional, and so on.
Your account reverts to standard annual billing on your current plan starting the next billing cycle. You can refer a new contractor at any time to requalify.
Monthly plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Annual plans are prepaid for the year. Enterprise plans are governed by a custom agreement.
